SecureConnect is an autonomous control layer that governs how connections to enterprise infrastructure are created, controlled, and removed in real time. SecureConnect is delivered as an enterprise platform and application for use by approved organizations and authorized users.

SecureConnect is intended for approved enterprise organizations, subscribed enterprise customers, and authorized users operating within those organizations. The service is not a public consumer connectivity product and is not intended for general consumer use.

We may collect information you submit through the SecureConnect website (including the contact and support forms), and operational information generated through use of the application by authorized users within an approved organization.

Information collected through the website may include name, organization, work email, optional phone number, inquiry type, and the contents of your message.

When an organization subscribes to SecureConnect, we may collect information necessary to set up and administer the enterprise account, including organization details, billing or contracting contacts, deployment configuration, and authorized user identities provided by the organization administrator.

Information submitted through support, contact, and inquiry forms is used to respond to your request, route it to the appropriate team, and maintain a record of the communication. We do not use this information for marketing unrelated to your inquiry.

The SecureConnect application processes information necessary to govern connections to enterprise infrastructure. This may include identity context, device or system context, policy evaluation results, connection metadata, and diagnostic data used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Where applicable, this data is processed under the direction of the enterprise organization that operates the SecureConnect deployment for its authorized users.

We use information to operate and provide SecureConnect, evaluate and govern connection requests, deliver enterprise support, fulfill contractual obligations with subscribing organizations, maintain security, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

SecureConnect does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf to operate, host, secure, and support the service, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of SecureConnect and its customers.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill contractual obligations to subscribing organizations, comply with legal requirements, and support security, audit, and operational review. Retention periods may vary by data type and by enterprise agreement.

Enterprise organizations that subscribe to SecureConnect are responsible for managing their authorized users, configuring policies, providing notice to their users where required, and ensuring lawful basis for the processing of information under their deployment.

Depending on the user's jurisdiction and the role of the SecureConnect organization in processing their information, users may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal information. Requests from authorized users should generally be directed to their organization administrator. Requests may also be sent to the SecureConnect privacy team.
